Payment:
We accept all major credit cards via Paypal, as well as personal checks and money orders. To send check or money order, please email us from the merch page and indicate what you are ordering. Don't forget to include size (if applicable), number of items, etc.

If paying by personal check your order will be shipped when the check clears (up to 7 business days). Currently, only checks from U.S. residents are accepted. There is a $25 return check fee if your check is returned from your bank due to insufficient funds.

International Orders: Please contact us directly to discuss delivery charges & payment options.

Shipping Methods:
We ship all orders within the Continental U.S. by 2 to 3 days via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you prefer for your order to be mailed via UPS or FedEX, please let us know. Additional charges may apply.

International orders will be shipped with standard international rates. Email for more information if you need international priority shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy:
There is no return accepted on opened cd. Read below for damage or loss...

Damages & Loss:
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery carrier's responsibility and claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. The customer must initiate damage or loss claims against the shipper, but we are available to assist you.

Exchanges:
Our exchange policy only applies to t-shirts if you ordered the wrong size. All others, you may contact us and we will discuss your issues. Please note that exchanges are conditional on the return of goods to us in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

Cancellations:
You can cancel an order by emailing jim and stating that you would like to cancel your order. If the items have already been mailed we will be unable to cancel your order. If this happens simply return the order to us for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).

Shipping Costs:
We use a price-based scale for shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order and are based on the dollar amount of the order. Please bear in mind that shipping charges are approximate figures only. The shipping destination combined with the total weight of the order could incur additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges should apply, you will be billed for the difference.

Privacy:
To ensure our customers' privacy, we will never sell, loan, rent or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party without your permission.
